**Delivery Rules for Remarkable16.com**

1. **Delivery Time**  

   - Customers will receive their products within **3 days** for deliveries inside Dhaka.  

   - For deliveries outside Dhaka, products will be delivered within **5 days**.  

   - Please note that Remarkable16.com is **not responsible** for any delays caused by external factors, including courier or logistical issues.

2. **Return Delivery Charges**  

   If a customer needs to return a parcel, they are **responsible for the delivery charges** associated with the return. Remarkable16.com will not cover the cost of returning the item.
