Order procedure
**Order Procedure for Cash on Delivery (COD) at Remarkable16.com**

1. **Select Your Products**  
   Browse our website and select the products you wish to purchase. Add the items to your shopping cart.

2. **Proceed to Checkout**  
   Once you’ve selected your products, click on the shopping cart icon and proceed to checkout. You will be asked to provide your shipping details, including your name, address, and contact information.

3. **Choose Cash on Delivery (COD)**  
   At the payment section, select the **Cash on Delivery (COD)** option. This allows you to pay for your order in cash when it is delivered to your address.

4. **Order Confirmation**  
   After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation on your screen of confirmation. Please review the details to ensure everything is correct.

5. **Shipping and Delivery**  
   - For deliveries inside Dhaka, you will receive your order within **3 days**.  
   - For deliveries outside Dhaka, your order will be delivered within **5 days**.  
   - The courier will contact you before delivery to confirm your availability.

6. **Payment on Delivery**  
   When the courier arrives with your order, you will pay the **total amount in cash** directly to the delivery personnel. Please have the exact amount ready, as the courier may not have change.

7. **Return and Exchange**  
   If you wish to return or exchange the product after delivery, please follow our return and exchange policy. Note that **you will be responsible for the delivery charges** in case of a return.
